Bianca Paige is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Wilhelmina fitness model. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she came to New York to pursue a career in music. Upon graduating college, she began teaching Music Therapy to adults with Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome. Teaching music in the non-profit sector allowed Bianca to inspire and impact change, and she soon realized that was her true passion. "It was the purest form of love I've ever felt," she shares from her days at United Cerebral Palsy of New York City. Shortly after, she started working part-time for lululemon, a company who opened her eyes to so much more possibility.
Lululemon introduced Bianca into the world of group fitness, something she was completely unfamiliar with. She met some of the most incredible people at lululemon and will give credit to them for the person she is and the career she has today. Specifically Amanda Young, Bianca's first mentor. Only after a few months at lululemon she realized her purpose was to change lives through fitness. Amanda saw the spark in Bianca and invited her to a trainer training she ran through a non-profit called Shape Up NYC, which brings free fitness to community spaces all over New York. During her time at Shape Up NYC, Bianca prepped for both her AFAA and NASM tests and completed an internship teaching cardio fitness classes at a community center in Brooklyn. Bianca says, "I owe my entire career to Amanda for believing in me. She was the first instructor's class I took that lit a fire within me. And she kept the fire going by pushing me, and supporting me no matter what. She is a phenomenal woman, someone I still strive to be."
Her first instructing job was at BFX Studio (better known as NYSC Lab) where she taught Burn (a high intensity interval class), Build, a (TRX based strength class), and Endure (a sports conditioning class). Her teaching and training career took off shortly after. She went on to teach megaformer Pilates at Brooklyn Bodyburn and became a founding trainer and master instructor at DOGPOUND. Upon leaving DOGPOUND, she created and still successfully runs her own independent private training business and continues to teach her own Saturbae classes virtually.
During the 2020 pandemic Bianca gleefully accepted a brand new position as a coach for WW’s newest innovation Digital 360. A membership geared toward millennials that introduced holistic wellness through four pillars (food, sleep, activity and mindset). Bianca created multiple pieces of content a week for inside the app around those pillars, hosted LIVE webinars multiple times a week, and was responsible for curating a supportive online community within hundreds and thousands of WW members on Team Bianca. After close to 2 years, WW decided to sunset D360 sending Bianca back on her own.
She has been certified by many established institutions including but not limited to, NASM CPT, AFAA group fitness, TRX Levels 1 and 2, ISCA Kettlebell Basics, AFSA CPT and CPR/AED. Her special skills include but are not limited to jumprope, boxing, kettlebells, weight lifting, athletic sports conditioning, stability training and functional movement.
Bianca is also a fitness model represented by Wilhelmina NYC. She has been featured in Cosmopolitan Magazine, Athleta, Women’s Health, and many other various publications. Being an established trainer and model, she is keen on both sides of the camera and is also available for hire to consult in fitness shoots.
Bianca now resides in Nashville Tennessee with her two fur babies Whiskey and Tennessee where she still strives to be the best coach, friend, and trainer she can be.
